Don't reckon many people will have gone with all this rain and you'd have to be nuts to drive there n pay 12 to paddle when the rivers are up. Especially with the Wharf down the road.

Please find below details of the sessions they are offering and more information at Venture-7.co.uk

Dear Sea Kayaking Ladies,

Whilst we work on the principle that all of our courses are positive learning experiences for everyone (male or female) we have been approached a number of times about running some ladies' coaching sessions.

So in response to this we would like to share the following with you:

1. Free coaching - as you may have seen, we have been running free, local 1:1 coaching sessions so people can get to know us and what we're about. We will continue to run these and we're also offering a ladies only session on the morning of Sunday 30th April; this will be limited to a small group and based on Wirral.

2. A Ladies' group on our 'Paddlecraft and Seamanship' course on 13-14th May. More details about the course can be found here: http://venture-7.co.uk/Paddlecraft-and-Seamanship This is a great course to enjoy developing and improving your skills in a supportive environment.

3. Isle of Mull course. As well as our main expedition we have a female client who is coming for 4 days coaching and guided paddling building confidence and skills. This will run from Thursday 1st to Saturday 4th June. We would like one or two ladies to join this course to make up a group. Cost 350. This would suit someone who has done some sea kayak day trips and is around 2 star standard- please do contact us to discuss as we're keen to make a good match for the course.

You can get a bit more of an idea of what we're about from the website. See what you think and keep in touch!

Best Wishes

Helen & Mark Mason
