"Come & Try It" nights - First Tuesday of each month
If you're a new member, or are thinking about it, you may like to come down to the Hand & Dagger on the FIRST Tuesday of the month, when an experienced club paddler will be available to introduce you to our funny little ways, show you the paddling gear we have for members' use and float you on the canal (if you want a paddle). You can also meet other members canal-side, in the car park and in the pub.
Please book yourself in so that we know you're coming and can make arrangements for you. You should be at the Hand & Dagger, Treales Road, Salwick, Kirkham PR4 0SA for 7.00pm. We generally get off home soon after 8.30pm(ish). The pub serves good food till 9.00pm

Of course, once you've gone through the above rigmarole and become a fully-paid-up member you're welcome to come down on any Tuesday evening for a paddle and/or a socialise.
